The Six Weeks Explained

In this guide you will slowly progress from run walk to running 5K without walking by completing 3 workouts a week.  It outlines in detail what you need to do for each running session; pace, distance, intention, walk/run strategy You also get one cross training session a week to strengthen your body to take on more miles as the program proceeds week by week Bonus workouts are added in the final weeks for those who feel they can handle more, but by no means are they necessary for the person who is doing well with the 3x per week scheduling.
